All Sales Are Final

All purchases from COURTLUNE are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

Changing your mind after purchasing
Ordering the wrong color or variant
Personal preferences or buyer's remorse
Items that do not meet personal style expectations
Shipping delays that do not give rise to a cancellation or refund right under applicable law

Please carefully review product descriptions, photographs, color selections, and order details before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery where reasonably possible.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

If an order is confirmed lost or never delivered, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing or fulfillment. This does not limit any cancellation rights that apply under consumer protection laws, including rights associated with delayed shipment.
